Shipping Rates & Times

We are so excited to be able to offer shipping within the continental United States. To ensure the secure delivery of your order, SMuch, does not ship orders to Post office boxes.

For each shipping address used the following charges apply:

Orders over $250 ship for Free

Standard Ground Shipping: $7
Please allow 3-5 business days to receive your items.

Express Shipping with signature: $20
Please allow 1-2 business days to receive your items.

Next Day Delivery: $35
Orders placed before 12:00pm Monday through Friday will be delivered the following business day.
Orders placed on Saturday, Sunday or holiday are not available for next-day delivery.

 

Return & Exchange Policy

We put a lot of love and time into our products and want our customers to be happy with their purchase. We at SMuch know that it's a woman's prerogative to change her mind *wink, wink*. We pride ourselves in working with our customers to reach solutions that work. Please see information below about returns and exchanges.

  • Items purchased can be returned within 5 days of you receiving your item(s)
  • Item must be unworn and in original condition
  • Custom orders are not able to be exchanged or returned
  • Buyers are responsible for cost of return shipping
  • Refunds will happen after returned merchandise is received and reviewed by SMuch
  • 3rd party purchases are not able to be returned
  • We gladly work with customers to exchange items. Simply contact us and we are happy to find the right product for you! Exchanges must be done within 10 days of customer receiving item(s). New exchanged item will be sent out once original item(s) have been returned to SMuch and reviewed
  • Local customers are welcome to visit us at our SMuch offices to work out exchanges or create your ideal SMuch products

If for any reason you need service or repair to an item you purchased, please contact us at xoxo.smuch@gmail.com. We are happy to coordinate a repair to your item.

As a reminder, many of our products are from repurposed materials and often have varied coloration as well as minor imperfections. We do try to limit any imperfections, but they do occur no matter how hard we try. We cannot refund or replace a piece because it isn't "perfect" as perfection is hard to find in repurposed products. We cannot refund or replace an item because it has a streak of a different color or is lighter or darker than the one listed in the listing. Every item, including the one in the listing pictures are all unique, therefore, they will vary. The leathers and fabrics come from a variety of bags clothes and are a varying age, therefore, different colors. Each piece is handcrafted and unique.
