To measure: 

Take a fabric tape measure, if you have one, and loosely measure around your wrist to determine the needed size. You can also use a piece of paper. Mark the point at which the two ends join around your wrist, and then use a flat ruler to measure the size. The sizes below were taken with a 40mm Apple watch. Sizes will be slightly larger if you have the 42/44mm or Ultra Apple watch.
