Blue and tan soft floral hatband

This hatband has amazing embellishments and detail! The band is 22.5" x 1.25" and has adjustable tan suede ties in the back so it can fit hats from 22.5-34". The blue metallic suede/leather bottom layer gives just enough pop of color to bring out the top layer. The top layer is a tan and blue fabric that has been adorned with Swarovski crystals and pearls to give it a classic look.  The band is secured by two bronze tie clamps in the back to give it a nice, finished look.
